I have a whole playlist of music that is good for my mood. I call it Songs I’m Loving Now. It got that title because the list is fluid, but “currently” felt pretentious.
New music is added as I find it, and older pieces that haven’t been spun for a while get returned to the library for a period of rest.
Nevertheless, there are some tried-and-trues, some songs that persist in the list as the years wax and wane.
Those that endure have a couple of things in common: I can dance to them, and I can sing along. Mostly. Freaking tenors.
A perennial favourite from the list is Faith, the one put out by Stevie Wonder, featuring Ariana Grande. It’s from the movie Sing, a fun, animated watch with much sing-along potential in its own right.

Wow, not much overlap there. A few of these songs I use in my spin classes, but not really in my core playlist. I was ecstatic to see a Chumbawamba song in your list. Their album Shhh is a top ten album for me.
But I’ve got some stuff to look up now.

This is what I love about music posts – finding new.
In other news, well done on spin classes. I watch people and marvel.

I had not heard that track – might have to go and borrow “sing” from the library!

I’m laughing so hard right now, Michelle. I have a Currently playlist that functions like your Songs I’m Loving Now. 🤣🤣
I’m heading over to your playlist now to find some music to add! I love posts like these. 💜

Too funny. Of course, that is the correct way to organize one’s music 😉
Me, too. I like finding out what other people listen to.

Adding “Faith” to my playlist. Thanks. :) I have playlists for everything- but I use Spotify.

I used to do Spotify, but I have an iPhone, so I decided to put my services under the one umbrella. Probably a huge mistake.
