A good, “behind the scenes” look at eating disorders with some resource recommendations if you’re struggling. Openness is vital for recovery. Eating disorders love darkness and secrecy. They don’t want anyone to know, they don’t want any challenges.
The first step, reaching out, is so hard. It’s also very worth it.

On top of these passions, Emily also works a 9-5 as a Recruiting Executive Assistant through a firm that focuses on improving the virtual experience children have while learning.
